About Howie Ramos

Howie Ramos is a Cuban singer based in Miami. Born in Havana, he turned professional at 16 and built his name on the island's live circuit with Los Zafiritos, Son Candela and Coral Latino, before earning wider recognition as one half of the duo Nesty & Howie. Since 2018 he has performed as a solo artist, moving between salsa, merengue, tropical fusion and pop-rock. His single "Solo" — a pop-rock ballad about loss and emptiness, arranged by maestro Juan Carlos Rivero — premiered its official video on Telemundo 51's "Acceso Total," and joins releases such as "Te Extraño" and "Dolor de cabeza." He performs regularly across Miami-Dade.
