Tickets are available to you until the last minute, whether you're home, at the office, or on your way. Our goal is to get you to the event — because life is happening right now. But sometimes inconveniences happen, and when they do, we've got you covered.
01 Rescheduled Events
Occasionally, due to reasons beyond Weeket.com's direct control, events may be rescheduled or cancelled. When that happens, we'll inform you as soon as possible by publishing all the details on Weeket.com.
If your event has been re-scheduled, our team or the venue's team will contact you ASAP via phone call or email, to inform you all the details, new date, time or place the event will happen. If you can't make it that day, the final decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is up to the venue, promoter, team or individual artist, but we will do everything we can to help you with the inconvenience.

Contact us immediately — we'll be happy to assist you and work with the venue or promoter on your behalf.
02 Cancelled Events
If your event has been cancelled, we'll contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to inform you on the cancellation.
You'll be refunded automatically
We'll refund the amount paid for your ticket(s) to the same payment method you used for the purchase — no action required on your part.
03 Ticket Replacements
Your tickets are sent to you as a PDF by both email and WhatsApp, so they're always easy to recover.
Lost or can't find your tickets?
Your ticket PDF is in your purchase-confirmation email and in your WhatsApp chats. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately and we'll resend it — we're happy to help.
Tickets damaged, deleted, or won't open?
They're easy to replace. You can:
- Re-open the PDF from the confirmation email we sent you at the time of purchase.
- Re-open the PDF we sent to your WhatsApp.
- Login to your Weeket.com account and print your ticket.
- Or contact us and we'll resend your PDF ticket to your email and WhatsApp.
At the venue you can simply show the PDF on your smartphone for entry, or a printed copy if you prefer paper.
04 Refunds & Exchanges
Outside of the cancellation and rescheduling situations above, the following terms apply to refunds and exchanges:
- Please review the venue's policy on refunds and exchanges, as it may apply to your purchase.
- All tickets are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket service fee.
- Tickets purchased less than 72 hours before the event are not refundable or exchangeable. Only upgrades to the same event are possible, when available.
Before you buy close to the event
Purchases made within 72 hours of an event are final — no refunds or exchanges, only same-event upgrades when available. Please double-check your date and details before completing your purchase.
